The building has 2780m2. The entrance level has a customer service zone while the four upper floors are used as office areas. The SW façade has a metal mesh with a vertical garden. A glazed NE double skin façade is inclined and fractured while reflecting the surrounding area. The offices are distributed along an elliptical hallway that wraps an atrium with a colorful and glazed tower of meeting rooms. An industrial appearance in the offices is created by using an exposed metallic structure.
