An important aspect here was the fact that the building neighbours two other buildings with a cultural monument status and a willow which, due to its considerable size, also has a special cultural importance. The building is intended for young people’s informal educational activities. The planning is simple — an entrance hall with wardrobe space and two adjacent toilets and a small kitchen area. Next to the entrance there is an administration office. The remaining space is taken up by a lounge area, the main classroom, and a music room in the rear end of the building.
