The graduation project deals with revitalisation of a quarter between Dzirnavu, E.Birznieka–Upīša, Visvalža and Satekles streets and proposes a Gallery of Crafts. Three plots of lands have been designed in detail. The concept is based on a three–leaf clover, where each leaf is a plot of land of equal importance. They symbolise the past — workshops of craftsmen, the present — a shopping centre and offices, and the future — a multifunctional exhibition hall.
