Reconstruction of the apartment block building with public spaces in 9 Zemgale Pr., Jelgava The project includes re-planning of a historical apartment building with bakery premises.The house was built in the 1890s.After the WWII this building was one of the very few buildings that has retained its historical shape.The project was developed to renovate it as apartments and offices,where 2 halls would be located on the 1st floor.The basement houses the bakery and the offices.New roof features standing seam profile.Art Nouveau façade was renovated using historically appropriate materials
