The building is created for two scale perspectives: one the one side, as a linear volume to be perceived in movement from the VIA Baltica highway; its form and a wooden facade reminds of Salacgriva historical shipbuilding tradition. On the other side, as a smaller scale facade facing Rigas Street and a pedestrian walkway naturally incorporated into the public space on the human scale of perspective.
