At the heart of the new student housing design concept lies a combination of forms and finish materials, which together with a devised color system contribute to the spatial richness and formal unity of the urban block. The project explicitly reveals its dual character as a civic edifice for the needs of both students and city guests. The introduction of a pathway connecting the new square with the city park thrives to increase opportunities of using the public space.
